How do I apply for the education discount?

You have to submit your application in this page https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/. Our approval is within 24 hours. Once you are approved, you should receive a separate email with links to our non-profit prices. You can upgrade through the links given or go to our pricing page.

I see you have upgraded the account to our regular price. We can refund this for you once you are approved of the non-profit pricing. 

Note that we can only approve schools that are non-profit, and can submit the necessary documents proving its current non-profit status.
