    Hi Paul,

Are you referring to dropbox integration? We have recently upgraded our Dropbox API but that's not creating any issue with existing forms. If the current integration won't work anymore, please kindly re-integrate that and see if that will resolved the issue, if not, please let us know.

    Thanks

Hi, Welvin. Thanks for the update. This is re: DropBox, but it's more just to see if clients are failing on the upload side, as in, they upload 50% of a file but then have a browser time out, or they upload a file but fail to press the "Submit" button, etc.

    Hi Paul,

As far as I know, Dropbox has a limitation with files over their API, 150MB per file. You have the upload field on your form to accept 2GB so I think this is the reason why it fails at 50%. Please advice or put any message to your form about this limit so they are aware of that.

    Thanks
