How can I make the multiple choice options mutually exclusive?

    Hi there,

    On my form, Q2 asks the user to select the award they would like to give and I was able to create a rule so that depending on which option was selected, the appropriate follow-up question would appear. However, I can't figure out how to ensure they only have the ability to select ONE award type at a time. Can you help?

    Thank you!

    Bridget

    If I understood your question well,

    Then you should use single choice instead of multiple choice:

    Now the writing is off, it won’t extend the length of the page. Can we change that?

    @bridget_larkin

    I see that you have followed the instruction given by @danielstanisljevic and it appears that your main concern in this thread is already solved.

    As for your other concern, I have moved it to a new thread considering that it is about another topic. Here's the link to the new thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1831239

    We will be responding to that thread soon. To avoid confusion, please refer to that thread if you have any follow-up questions.
