I can update a form... clear the cache entirely of two different browsers
.... and see the same form differently in the two browsers.
The caching at your end is substandard from a development point of view ... one cannot work with your system and gain a sufficient workflow.
If I delete a slider on a form ... i don't want to delete the entire cache from an Iphone and still see the thing there and be able to submit the form multiple times and still see the **** slider

I have the same problem all the time. It time that somebody do something to fix it for good
