Unable to view the uploaded files in Zapier and Google Drive Integration

Hello,

After getting frustrated with other form companies I found JotForm. The main function I require is integration with Zapier as I want members of my team to be able to access various information.

I am struggling with zapier seeing the files (Uploads from the form) as they are links. When I click the links I am getting a 404 error.

Can you advise me please.

Have you logged in your account and then tried to view the files?

Since you have enabled the following settings so it is possible that you were not logged in while you were testing Zapier integration.
