    Why can I not open attachments from the Jotform email?

    I have noticed that in the last few days I am not able to open attachments that are sent to my email via Jotform.

     

    When we get enquiries, people upload their company logo onto Jotform, and I get an email from Jotform, with an online link to this logo attachment.

     

    I am unable to open them now, my internet explorer comes up with an error saying 'HTTP 403 Forbidden'

     

    I have never had this problem in the past 2 months, I usually can open every single attachment, but now I can only open approx 4 from our last 20 received Jotform emails

     

    Please can you help?

    Hello Arron, I've taken a look at your form but I am not currently noticing anything out of the ordinary other then a lot of submissions around the same day plus I can also see that your forms have been modified recently which may have caused the image to be overwritten by another in the link which would explain the reason for the file not being found. I have sent you a test submission with a test image so could you please try to access and download it via your email link like your normally do and let us know if you have any problems.

    I have looked at the test email, and everything is working fine and is in order there!
    I just hope it was a one day thing...

    The same thing happening to me right now.  It is something that has happened in the past.  Some days the link to the upload doesn't work.  Other days it works fine.  Right now I need to open an attachment that the client included in the form and I can't.  Any ideas as to how I can access this file?  It's a PDF.

    As far as I can see, mentioned PDF file is accessible now. It was probably a delay issue.

    @ResumeEvolution,

    Please report your problem using a Contact Us form. We will need more information about the file that is not accessible. Thank you.
