How to resend confirmation e-mail after a user modified his submission using {edit_link} tag?

Asked by wrizky on March 22, 2011 at 07:35 AM

    Hi there,

It's amazing for Jotform to have this feature that allows users to modify their submissions by using {edit_link} tag. As far as I know, no other service has this. However, can yo tell me how to resend confirmation e-mail for those users who have modified their submissions? If a user modifies their submission, it is just natural for them to wonder whether they have inputted their data correctly, right? Another confirmation e-mail would be very useful.

    Regards,

    Rizky

Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-send the confirmation email after someone edits their entry. Only Notification emails are sent. Confirmation (auto-responder) emails are not sent. This is by design and not an error.
