Hello,
I have an INTERNAL 2019 Annual Meeting Registration form that is getting stuck thinking when I hit the submit button.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I cloned your form and was able to successfully submit it in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
I have cleared your form's cache, as this can sometimes take care of various issues with forms. Also, please clear your browser's cache, or use a different browsing mode (Incognito/Standard) or a different browser altogether. Let me know if you are still experiencing this issue and we will work on finding a solution.
