How can I add an "Add Another" Option on a continuous loop

Asked by Jayski32 on March 22, 2011 at 08:28 AM

I want to have an option for when people are listing info on a particular topic that they can add more.  As an example if somebody wanted to input the name of their children, an option to add more children until they have listed them all.

    Hi there,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you wish to allow the user to add extra fields to the form?  Sorry, but unfortunatley that is not possible.  The only thing I can suggest is to let the user enter a comma seperated list such as child1,child2, etc.  Then you would need a custom Thank-you page for your form which could parse the answer and split it up.  It would require some programming knowledge so I would recommend getting a developer to do it.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

Matrix field might also be used for these kinds of entries. Make the column names your questions and add 10 or 20 rows so they can add many entries.
