    Can the answer of a bill information be translated in french?

    When my client will choose options in a bill integration, they will choose a quantity of a product and everything will be find.  When I send them back the answer in a email using the appropriate field, the term "Amount" will be placed before the pricing of the product.  There is no way that I can translate this word in french ("montant") before sending the answer back.  Could you help me with this?

    Hi Frédéric,

    Good day! Are you referring to the Auto Responder or when forwarding messages from your email account?

    In Auto Responder: That is not possible.

    In Forwarding from Email Account: It is possible.

    In the first call, it is with the Auto Responder. After, I have to send by email a confirmation ticket which include the answer of that field from excel spreadsheet data.

    What can be done for the Auto Responder ?

    What is the solution that you suggest with “forwarding email”?

    Also, when you have an item “Free”, is it possible to write “Gratuit” somewhere?

    Hi Frederic,

    In Auto Responder, there's no way you can change the language as advice. But, I think everything will be translated once you switch language from our website language menu, footer area:

    Choose "Francais". This should be applied before creating form. 

    In forwarding submissions from your email account, you can change the language manually. Example (Highlighted in Red color):
