I can not receive uploads

Eu uso para coletar briefing de clientes e ou ele deixa todo desconexo as informações, ou os anexos que mandam não chegam pra mim :( o que está acontecendo?

I have checked your Briefing form. It looks working properly. You can see the briefings and uploads from the submissions page. We are sending the notification emails to "contato@samguimaraesdesigner.com". 
Can you please share more information about the issue you encountered?
