May we know when you click Connect to your PayPal account, a new pop-up window shows up?
This window will ask you for your PayPal account email address.
Can you please try to disable any pop-up blockers in your web browser?
You may also try clearing your browser's cache or use another web browser.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
