Notification on email is not working right

    I want to ask why notification email is not sent to info ( at ) vig-rx . cz

    after filling form.

    As I've check your form, I found out that there's no submission yet and I assume that you are just using "Test button" to check your form's notification. I just want to let you know that using TEST button to check your form, all email are automatically send to account email address not on the recipient email address of the form. I would suggest you to test your form on actual submissions.

    Please consider checking this article also to prevent emails not being received.
