Need to upgrade ASAP without Account info

    Hi. We received a notice that we can only receive a few more (7) payments in May before we're shut off. We need to upgrade to the monthly Silver plan immediately, but our web person is out of town and only she has the login information for our account. She won't be back until Monday.

    Can you help us upgrade without our login information? We are promoting ticket sales now via Jotform for an event on June 8 and need to upgrade ASAP.

    We are a non-profit organization, all volunteers with no building, which is why we rely on one person for our web work.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, one must log in to their account in order for them to upgrade their account's subscription. Also, we will not be able to perform the upgrade on our end.

    You can contact the person that manages the account to get the password to the account so you can upgrade it. Or, if you have access to the email address associated with the account, you can also try performing a password reset with that email address — How-to-reset-the-password
