May I know why the previous data of our form is currently "0". How can we track those data again?
Most form are "0" submission, which is impossible.
Please help.

Since you did not upgrade on your next billing date and there was some delay(April 22, 2019) so your account converted to a free one after the subscription expired on April 10, 2019. All the limits were applied for the free account and some of the submissions got disabled.
I have activated it now. Could you please check now.
