    Checkout Google Site Search:
    http://www.google.com/sitesearch/

It is very easy to setup and customize.

Okay so after I buy the google site search subscription it will allow me to have the search engine  work across my spreadsheet of data? Maybe I was unclear but I am providing a searchable list of attributes that a person can pick their preferences and then get back results based on my database. Think apartment or real estate listing where you have a menu to choose from you click the appropriate boxes and it gives back places that match. Will google work for that or do I need to find something else?

So, you would like a seach engine to search form submissions? Like the one on at the bottom of the Submissions page?
