Como tirar varias fotos em baixa resolução. (compactadas)

I need to put in my forms, photos to detect problems in inspections, but in quality for internet (low resolution) not to congestion the links.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want upload low resolution images?

Please note that when user upload image in form, it will save the exact same image & resolution in submissions. If you want to automatically change the image resolution, you may like to take a look at our "File Uploader by Uploadcare" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.
