Few form fields are not appearing in the Publish mode.

Hi in our form Cube Online sign up form there are a few fields that are not appearing when we publish. 

I Have checked and the fields are not hidden and thus should appear. 

The ones are not appearing is bussiness description and key phrases 

I see that there a show/hide field condition set on the fields business description and key phrases. When you select Cube Combo or Cube Engine then only those 2 fields will display.

But, on the Form Builder, those 2 fields positioned before the My Products field. Please position the My Products field before those 2 fields.
