Why is it not working on internet explorer?

Asked by eurekainstitute on February 21, 2013 at 07:33 PM

Checking in again.  I have had several people call me and tell me the form is not loading on the webpage.  It appears that the form will load when you use Firefox but not Internet Explorer.  Any thoughts.  Also on one of my computers the font on the form is different, your default "Times" I believe, when I have changed the font to Arial on the form.  Please help I am coming into my busy season and can't afford to have people having trouble signing up for workshops.

Looking forward to hearing back.  By the way the website is eureka-institute.org and I have you forms loaded onto two workshops under workshops, northwest yogafest, and This time of your like.  Also under youth adventure, Teen backpack.

May I suggest you change the embed method you use to the form's iframe code.

    Please use this guide: -How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code

Since you are currently using the script embed code, it is possible that the other scripts in your website page is conflicting with script of jotform. So, using the iframe embed should solve this conflict.

Please try this. Inform us if this does not solve the issue.
