How to setup recurring payments with different amount for each client?

One of our customers wants to send invoices to his clients and then have them go to a place on the site to pay their invoice amount.  He also wants to give them the option to set the payment to be recurring.

The problem is all of his clients would have different amounts they would pay a recurring amount for.  Is there anyway to set up a JotForm so that it could be recurring payments but the amount could be different for each client?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. When you add a subscription product in payment tool, you have option to set the "Variable Price" of the product. Please check the screenshot below:
