Can we publish a form but not to allow to fill-in yet?

We would like to create a form, and send the link via email, but not to allow to fill-in until a specified date.

Could we do this feature?

I can see that you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/90483064115351, where you have currently set up a Form warning and disabled the form.

What you have done is an option, which will not allow the users to fill the form until the required date. But you could try to add an access code at the beginning of the form, separating the main form with a "Section collapse" field element. This will allow your users to fill the form only when they receive the correct access code.

Now if we add a condition such as below, the main form will show only when the correct access code is entered.

Here I have cloned your form and added these details. When you enter the access code as "1234", only then the form will show. You can share this info on a specified date to the users so that they will only be able to fill the form on that date.
