I cancelled and you charged me again

    I cancelled my subscription as I only need to use it once a year.   And explained that when I cancelled it.  Yet you just charged me again.  I want to be cancelled and not charged again and I want a refund for this last $15 you just charged me.

    Our apologies. Our Paypal cancellation is manual, so when you click the cancel/downgrade button in the billing page, it will only send us an email telling us that you want to cancel. I checked, and it seems the request has been processed already. The subscription is now canceled, and you will not be billed again after this period. 

    I have sent a refund request to our billing team for your last payment. You should have the refund in 4-10 business days. Once refunded, Paypal will notify you about it.
