You received 70 payment submissions this month and the limit for the Bronze account is 100. This is a monthly limit and it will reset on the first day of the following month. 

If you want to increase the limit of payment submissions, you will need to upgrade your account to a Silver plan. The cost of the Silver monthly plan for non-profit accounts is $19.5. The Silver accounts can receive 1,000 payment submissions per month.
