I am able to create the PDF Document but the Download All option is sending 0MB of zipped file

I am able to create pdfs of the submissions. That is showing up. Downloading report at a time works.

When using the Download All option, it is emailing me a zip file with pdfs that cannot be opened. The file has 0 meg.

It is not efficient for me to dowload all the submissions one at a time. Please advise.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Our backend team has patched this problem 30 minutes ago. You only have 13 submissions in the referenced form, so please try again and let us know if the issue persists.
