How do I restore my account and get usage again?

hi, I haven't used jot form for some time now and now that I am ready to jump back in, I realize I am out of storage space for new submissions and can not use the platform. How do I restore my account and get usage again? Do I need to delete some old submissions, archive them? How do I work with this?

When I checked your account, I could find that the issue is with respect to the number of forms which is at 32 as against the limit of 5 in the Free plan. Your submission storage looks good.

Regarding the form count, you can enable and disable the forms to allow you to set which ones should be active.
