It's saying i'm over quota and need to purchase upgrade

I'm getting an over quote message.  I've deleted forms but it is still saying I'm over quota do you know what I need to do? I've checked all the quotas and they are within the limits.

I have just checked your account and it seems to be well under the limits, I have also checked the form in your account and it seems to be working now.
