How to check if user has opened form send in email?

HI, Is there a place to view if a recipient opened it?  I can't tell if they even got it.  The analytics do not convey this.

Do you mean to say that when you send a form link to user, you want to know if user has clicked on the link to open form? Unfortunately it is currently not possible.
