Can JotForm do voice recognition to form entry?

Curious if there is a product or if Jotform links with a product that takes voice recognition and creates a form entry.

Take the following idea:

1) patient calls office

2) Voice recognition system answers phone and prompts patient for the following info:

name, date of birth, cell phone #, medication

3) patient responses end up in proper box on a Jotform 

In other words, the patient's voice answers in response to phone system populates a JotForms and submission occurs on hangup

Could this happen?

Unfortunately, this is not supported in Jotform. I don't know either an app that does this.

Speech recognition technology is fairly new and it's not currently 100% accurate. The development will get there once we cross the bridge, but now I don't see this technology feasible in a short year.
