Spreadsheet widget with dropdown.

Spreadsheet widget should take values from a dropdown. Suppose there are country and state fields, i should get the name of all countries in the country column as a dropdown.when i select a country name in the country cell, i should be able to pick state from the state column corresponding to the selected country through a dropdown.

I'm afraid Spreadsheet to Form widget can not work the way you shared. You may consider creating several fields with states options and show different one based on country selected.
