I have a form that we allow our client to be able to access with a secure password online login. They want to be able to download a PDF but are getting an error. I'm thinking that it might be because there is more than 20 submissions (?) since I'm gettting the error that I'm sending you in the screen capture. This client would also like to be able to delete some of the older forms, although when I login to their secure submissions page there is no delete button available for them to use.  When I logout and then access my main JotForm account, and look at these submissions, I do have a delete button. Even when we use the filter to only display 1 submission, it won't allow her to get a PDF of the form.  I need my client to be able to print and delete their forms... can this be corrected?

The server only allows 20 download per session to avoid heavy server load causing download timeouts.

To resolve this, you will need to limit the submission download by clicking the small great icon.

If you need further assistance, kindly contact us again.

Thank you Jefrey for your fast reply. On the second item..... Should my client also have a DELETE Button Available to them when they access their form submissions? I have it when I access my account, but they do not.

My client is only attempting to get 1 PDF file of 1 submission... so I'm not sure why they would get this limit error?

In the submission windown, on the top right of the screen you will see the icon as shown below.

Currently sub-user account  are only allowed to view submission

It appears that we're still having a problem. I changed the TIME FRAME to this month only, although the PDF files appear to only be partially downloading, and not downloading all the way so we can see them.  THe PDF never finshes downloading so I can see it to print it.  Please help.  Thank you.

Yes, this is how it works. We do not provide the edit/delete permissions on the shared Submissions page.

The alternative to the shared Submission page is a Sub account. You can add the Sub account to your main account with 'View Submission' permissions on selected form(s). It will let your client login to the Sub account and view/edit/delete the submissions.

My client is only attempting to get 1 PDF file of 1 submission... so I'm not sure why they would get this limit error?

Can you ask your client to try that again? View the submissions, and simply click on the 'Get PDF' icon. It should generate a single PDF file.

    Thank you.
