Change owner on account

    Good Morning,

    I need to change the owner and login information on an existing account under Melissa Cummiskey as she is no longer with GSA and I have taken her position.  I have access to her email, which is how I found out we had this account and updated the credit card so we could pay our balance due.

    As I check our records using your email domain, there are 7 accounts registered using the same domain. If you can let us know the account username or the email address, we can check it further and assist you.
