Hello, how are you? I'm with some problem trying to get the PDF answers. When I try to get that, a error message pops up saying there's a problem and asking to try again.
The system has some problem today? When its gonna be fixed? Is there some deadline to get the problem solved?

Our apologies for the troubles and inconvenience this has caused.
I see that you have switched the PDF editor to Old. I presumed you had the problem through the new PDF editor. For us to check and troubleshoot the problem, we would need to switch your PDF editor to new. We need your permission to do it or kindly do it for us and inform us here.
