How to collect different emails on one form?

I want to collect 2 email addresses on it, but I want to prevent people from entering the same email

on both entries, is there a way to prevent that?

I see you already have a condition on form to hide submit button if email fields are same. This is the only option to prevent same input. I can suggest to add a custom warning into condition. You can use TEXT element to create it:
