Still having problems with form in Chrome and Firefox

Asked by astroibiza on February 23, 2013 at 05:06 AM

The site is www.concord66ibiza.com  A new site built with Zara.  I have several other Zara sites using Jotform - all are ok.

I received a reply saying you could find no problem.... sadly I still do.  I sent a reply (below) to that effect, but have heard nothing.  Are you working on the problem, or are you ignorong me?

    Thanks,  Hedley Paul

    Hi again,

Accepted it is working for you, but on our two laptops and Samsung Note, the result is the same - works ok in explorer, but not in chrome and firefox.  Tried loading another form into the Xara page = did not work;  tried the page into another site page - did not work,,,, Have cleared all old Java files, loaded latest... still no go....  Tried deleting part of the form modified last - still no go....  The form runs in Jotform preview, and in xara preview (explorer)  but when I try it in Xara preview Chrome, or Firefox, its no-go again - form renders and appears ok, but cursor will not access any field box, or respond to submit button....

Seems to be an incompatability/setting  somewhere

Other sites using other Jotforms are all ok

    Thanks,

    Hedley Paul

    Hi Paul,

Please share your screenshot of jotform. It would help to investigate the issue as on my desktop(IE,Firefox) your jotforms appears to be working fine.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

I have checked your form using Firefox and Chrome and was able to replicate the same issue. The reason why you unable to use the form field is because of the DIV class called xr_ap is overlapping the form as seen below.

To fix this, You will need to reform your website DIV element positioning.
