Does Jotform offer a notification through the jotfom app.

Hi we use the HIPAA compliant form...  I am wondering if the phone app offers a chime to notify me of a new form.  

To clarify, do you want to receive a notification when a form is submitted?

You may need to make sure that the Notification Settings of your mobile device do not restrict the JotForm App.

May we know the mobile device you're using?
