A button to duplicate one entry for multiple days?

We use JotForm as an "Activity Tracker".  In education, we could have one class that lasts multiple days.  Instead of entering the same information again and again, is there a way to duplicate an entry and just change the date? 

We do have multiple date fields on the form but splitting out multiple dates and multiple schools is a nightmare.  We try to make it easy on our staff who enter their activities but the end result is horrendous.
