We are not over quota but we are getting a message saying we are. We need this reset ASAP:

OK, we give up. After trying to use the form via iframe, JS or any other method, we keep getting the message that we have to pay for it, even after the calendar period expired. So we have gone ahead and paid for a Bronze plan to get our form working again.

We are a non-profit organization that has been using your service at no charge for more than two years. We're quite familiar with how the monthly cycle works. In the past, when we've gotten close to the end of a month and are near our 100 form submissions quota, we've simply waited until the next month to accept more submissions. That has always worked. This time, it didn't.

We appreciate that you would like to get paid for your service. However we only need 100 submissions per month. If this is something you're still willing to offer, we need to be able to downgrade to this when our month is up because we don't have the budget to pay for this ad infinitum.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

It could be due to form cache why the overquota message isn't cleared. I can see that your form is working now.

Since you're now on the Bronze plan, do you still want to continue with Bronze for this month or do you wish your subscription to be canceled and get a refund? Please let us know so we can assist you.

By the way, on the free plan, the submissions storage limit is 500. This means you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. If you get more than that, the most recent 500 submissions will be kept and the older ones will be deleted.
