Account set up?

    HI there,


    We prepaid the fee for an annual account in May, but our account seems to remain set up as a Basic/Free account.  Do you know when we will be upgraded back to our old account settings:

    Thank you...  kinda under a time crunch on a project that I need Jotforms for.  Do you know when it will be answered?
