Jot form out of quota

    Hiya,

    I have cleared out the submissions on my form and it still reads 'Form over quota'
    Can you please fix this issue?
    Or let me know if there is a way to clear the cache so this does not happen?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I see that the account is marked as overlimit. I am not sure if the account was overlimit for the last month while the status did not change automatically on the first day of the month. We have now activated the account manually and it is now good in standing.
