Locked out/Suspended Account

    Hello we had an account with you for over two years. We used your forms for hiring new reps. We need the submission PDFs for our records. IS there any way we can get that from you?

    The account was suspended by management. No collection of social security numbers, credit card information, driver's license numbers, banking information and ID uploads. The collection of these sensitive information are taken seriously.

    No unsuspension is possible. If you would like to continue using the formbuilder you will have to start another account and be careful to follow our terms of use.

    Was this always the case/policy? Or was this a new standard that was applied within the last year?
