I want to use a tool that will collect member data (name, email, social media handles, skills, location) and enable me to keep it in an updatable database for a nonprofit organization. Will JotForm help me do this?
I see how the forms will be sent to me once members fill it out, but then do I have to copy and paste the information into a separate database?

Hello Sheri. Unfortunately submissions are only handled via the email notifications or from the form's submissions page.
We do offer a workaround to pass the values to your server's database as well. However, JotForm has no ability to be a complete database management solution. The workaround is only for injecting submissions to the database, you can't make updates afterwards. Please refer to How to Post Submission Data to Thank You Page and proceed to How to Insert/Update Submissions to Your MySQL Database Using PHP. I hope this helps you.
