Form Revision History: changes made after May 25 do not show, lots of conditional logic are also removed.

    Three of our forms are missing several conditions and revision history is missing. 

     

    How do I fix that.

    There was a thank you page setup if the conditions weren't met, those also got removed. 


    Is there a glitch.

    I checked the form you mentioned and the revision history shows on my end, check out my screenshot below

    Also, there are many redirects thankyou page condition in your form. Did you mean, if the condition is not met all of those conditions were removed?

    Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies if you still can't see the revision history on your end. You can also use another browser to further test the form on your end.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    As you can see the last edit shows earlier today, but the revision history shows May 25th. I had about 700 conditions and lots of them got removed. It has happened various times in the past but I normally go to the revision history and revert to a previous version.

    There is no revision history showing after May 25th for this form. There has been various revisions done on a daily basis. There is some glitch in the system that is deleting certain conditions after submissions/ redirections. 

    Can you please check why no revision history is showing after May 25th. 

    I have tried various browsers/ computers/ and also incognito mode, it's still the same.

    I cloned your form to test it on my end, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.

    I checked your form again. There are many revisions from 19/07/2019.

    Were you referring to these revision? Are these the revisions, which you need?

    Please tell us, if there are more missing revisions, so we can update the dev team.

    Yes, we make revisions all the time, I can only see revisions from three months ago. I am looking for more recent revision history.

    Yes, various changes over the course of time. Problem is, we went through this three months ago and it never got resolved. I followed up and I was told that you guys would update as you have updates. 

    Can you please escalate the issue, so it gets resolved this time.

    I had escalated an issue in 2019. What was the status of my request, I just realized a lot of my conditions were removed from a different form again. This is a glitch needs to be fixed.


    So, at some point my conditions were lost again like they did last year. While trying to revert it, all the conditions are gone.

    Last year I got a similar response with no ETA for a fix or a resolution, and it's still the same thread and same issue.

    This issue was escalated in 2019, was it not resolved then?

    Last year when I requested this fixed, I was told the same thing. Someone will get back to me once it's fixed, no ETA. I manually put all the conditions in again. After that I followed up multiple times to have the issue resolved, so it does not happen again. I was told the following:

    ("I also sent a message/note to the developer assigned to this thread asking for updates. As soon as we receive an update on this, we will inform you right away.Thank you for your patience and sorry for the trouble caused.")

    and

    ("I apologize for the inconvenience. I can ensure you that your case was escalated to the dev and they are aware of your issue.

    We sent a message to the dev team and requested an update.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding.")

    Now the issue is still not resolved and all the conditions are lost again. All I am asking for is for it to be escalated and resolved in timely manner.

    Since June 2019, the issue is still not resolved and all the conditions are lost again. All I am asking for is for it to be escalated and resolved in timely manner.

    Any updates to my request, the condition on my form keep getting lost we have to manually enter them. The real problem is we don't know which conditions are getting lost. The revision history is not there. What is being done to resolve this. This issue has been going on since 2019
