Two times in the last week I have checked my form and found it was not working. The first time I contacted support and was told it had been disabled and I justed needed to enable it. Once again I found it not working and found it was disabled. Why does this keep happening?

We apologize for the inconvience it has cause you. Jotform has an automated phishing system that disables form automatically and because of this, your form was disabled. As I checked your account, the forms you have created has already been whitelisted and active.
