    Emails and Conditional Emails

    Hi,

    I have made a form (see URL below) that needs to send to 6 different email addresses. 2 of them will be constant, always recieving an email regardelss of conditions. I have set up both email addresses with a notification email.

    The others will depend on how the form is filled in. There are 4 locations and each will require a different person to respond to the submission - so I have made email conditions to send through a notification to a specific email address depending on which location has been selected.

    Nobody seems to be receiving these emails and they are not in any junk or spam filters. Could I have made a mistake or is there a problem?

    I have checked your form and did not see any set of condition for your email notification.

    Hi - I had to remove them because they just wouldn't work. I will try again and if there are any problems get back to you. Thanks for looking though!

    Hi,

    Just for reference: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection.

    For the 2 constant recipient, I suggest you to  create a separate notification for them using this guide: Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients. Do not use this for condition.

    Hi guys, thanks for your support so far.

     

    The conditional emails are still not being received and are not being filtered/going to spam folder. Can you see any problems or anything that I may have missed? Can you suggest anything else I should try?

    Hi,

    Please add recipient email in your Recipient Email Box:

    Also, please try using noreply@jotform.com as your form Notification Sender Email, like this one;

    If possible, add noreply@jotform.com to your Safe Sender List or Contact List. After that, let us know if the condition still don't work.
