Cannot sign with docusign widget

It gives me an error on my form when I try to sign and submit.  This help will not let me load the screenshot.  It says it is too large?

I have checked your form and it seems you have not authenticated your DocuSign widget.

Kindly open your DocuSign widget settings by clicking the wand icon and click the Authenticate Button.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains .
