We've recently upgraded our JotForm account, and I see that we now have the ability to have mutiple logins. I would like to create additional logins but I want to limit those on the subaccounts to only being able to access reports. Is there a place where I can find additional details on the functionality of the subaccounts?

Hi there, currently, the settings are set to allow master accounts to share the complete forms or submissions to the forms.
If you wish to share reports with other, you can do this without the sub-users.
Simply create the report and add a password on to it.
You can then share the URL of the report and the password to the people that you wish. Some of our reports update as soon as there is a new submission (HTML Listing & Grid Listing).
Here is a page to help you with some of those reports:
I hope that answers your question!

Unfortunately for now subaccounts' permissions are limited to view form(submission and reports) and edit form or both. But it is a developing feature and we pay attention to your feedbacks.
