My for has a widget that track registration for tracks. It has been working until today. For age level 1st 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th grade you choose a group and then a track. The tracks don't always display. I didn't purposely change anything

May I ask if the problem is happening for form's direct link or form is embedded to web page?
As I check your form, widgets seem to be displayed correctly based on conditions:
Can you please try clearing browser cache to see if that would make any difference?

cleared my cache and that didn't help. it doesn't matter which browser I use.

Your hide/show conditional logic depends on two fields. If you want to show/hide fields based on your user's response then base your logic on this field only (see screenshot below).
Also, that field is the only one that shows when you load a form. That is why your conditional logic is not met because there is only one field being filled.
