If I understood correctly you are not receiving the Email Notification when your form is submitted and you can not find the submitted data on the submissions page of your form.
I checked both forms on your account and they have Incomplete Payments.
How to View Incomplete Payments
Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ
If you are receiving the payments from the users in your Paypal account but the submissions were marked as Incomplete Payments, most likely the PayPal IPN is disabled on your PayPal account. Please enable the PayPal IPN to avoid similar issues in the future.

So sorry for the portuguese question, my mistake. About the Paypal IPN, it looks like Paypal's changed its layout and I'm having a hard time trying to find this IPN settings. To be clear about my problem, some people pay and are marked as incomplete payment. But only about 15%, most of them are marked as complete and everything goes fine. I hope this IPN stills exists and help me to solve this problem.

Please try following this guide in order to activate IPN on your PayPal: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/ipn/integration-guide/IPNSetup/#setting-up-ipn-notifications-on-paypal
For notification URL, you can use: https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php
Please try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
