Unable to embed the Form in my webiste.

I can't embed a customer fill out form to my website,if you can explain what button to click,I may find the solution because I can not make it to work,I will appreciated,Thank you.
By the way I have a desktop mac computer.

May we know the website URL where you want to embed the Form.

May we know which code you are using to embed the form? Could you please try with the iFrame code:

Go into your forms edit mode to get the Iframe code:

https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
