    Our professionnal IP address is blacklisted with jotform. We completed the form on this page but had no message from you.


    Is there any problem ?

    I know our IP address has been whitelisted. That's why I created this question.

    My question was : why is this address IP blacklisted ? (and not, is our IP address blacklisted ?)

    We need to use jotform for lots of our current projects, we pay to use your services, this is the 3rd time we ask you the question.

    Is it now possible to know why the IP address is blacklisted?

    In addition, all accounts linked to our main account are also blocked.

    Is it possible to know the reason also?

    The reason is because two free accounts related to your company are automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector Tool: 

    Leagautier with the email lea.gautier@chauffeur-prive.com

    HugoBotelho with the email hugo.domic@chauffeur-prive.com

    Both accounts are active now.

    Good afternoon,

    Our IP address is blacklisted again + all accounts linked to our main account are blocked again.

    1/ Is to possible to solve those problems (quicker than last week if possible)
    2/ Why are there exactly same problems as last week ?
